With regard to the implementation of the “Wooden Sacrum and Profanum” under the “Promotion of Diversity in Culture and Arts within European Cultural Heritage” programme co-financed from the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area for 2009– 2014, Association for Development and Promotion of Podkarpacie “Pro Carpathia”, submits hereby the inquiry for development of the good practices guidelines.

Development of the good practices guidelines from the territory of Norway – subject matter:

• methods and techniques of conservation of the wooden historical objects;

• groundwork reinforcement – repairs in the case the replacement of parts or the entire groundwork is necessary, while preserving the original, professional carpentry bonding;    

• elimination of construction damp, damp-proof insulation;

• elimination and protection against wood pests, fungi and mould;

• conservation and restoration of the historical wooden elevations;

• renovation of contemporary wooden elevations;

• conservation and restoration of historical carpentry of windows, doors, portals and other wooden architectural details;

• renovation of contemporary carpentry of windows, doors, portals and other wooden architectural details;

• roof truss construction reinforcement and replacement if necessary;

• conservation and restoration of historical roof coverings;

• lightning and fire protection systems as well as interior installations in the historic wooden objects;

• preservation and reconstruction of the original structures during all conservation and restoration works in the wooden objects;

• scope of reconstruction and its esthetic concept;

• translocation of wooden objects;

• general protection of wood based on mineral (natural) substances;

Price shall be the decisive criterion for the bid selecion (100%)

1. Bid evaluation shall take place on 27/08/2015, The „Pro Carpathia” Association reserves the right to contact only the selected contractor.
   
2. The bids submitted after the deadline will not be considered.  
3. The contractor may modify or withdraw the bid before the deadline for submitting the bids.  
4. In the course of the analysis  and evaluation of the tenders the Contracting Entity may request further explanations regarding the content of the submitted bid.
