·        Popularization of the importance of ecologically protected areas;

·        Stimulation of the local communities to work towards the protection and sustainable use of natural resources and culture.

Project objectives were pursued through the inventory of resources (Natural Heritage Map), training and seminars, the launch of an internet portal "Green Subcarpathia" and development of a model “nature trail”. Films and publications on nature (in partnership with the Arboretum in Bolestraszyce, Regional Directorate of State Forests and Magura National Park) were also prepared .
