Project Objectives
·        promotion of already existing regional products as well as for new, not yet registered products recognition
Short Description

The project objectives assumed organization of two studio visits. The first one – visiting workshops and manufacturers dealing with production of regional products already registered in Subcarpathia – i.e. Ulanów, Białobrzegi near. Łańcut, Mszana. The second – research tour – was organized with principal assumption of search for potential regional products, but not yet registered. Some of such manufacturers could already be found in Krzeszów near Nisko, Łańcut, but also in Jasło (Mr. Roman Myśliwiec and his Golesz vineyard famous for Subcarpathian wines), Leżajsk (Mrs. Czesia’s liquors), city Górna –Eko Smak Enterprise and their specialty – Marshal’s sirloin, but also famous Carpathian cheese. The last tour was the imminent outcome of the announced competition for Subcaroathian recipes.
